SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. All parcels are shipped from Sunshine Coast, Australia. Once payment has been received and processed, goods will be dispatched. Please allow 2-7 business days on Australian orders and 7-10 business days on international orders. Please keep in mind that all our products are hand-packed. If you request an urgent order please make a note when placing your order.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

If you need a custom order I am more than happy to create a product to suit your needs. Please just send me a message and we can work together on a skincare product to suit your skin type.

GIFT WRAP & PACKAGING

If you would like your order gift wrapped or a special note included please add a message upon ordering, we are more than happy to do this.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Due to the nature of our products it is important they are kept in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight.

Expiry dates; As we prefer to keep our products as natural as possible without the use of toxic chemical preservatives, we recommend using our products within 12 months of purchase. If stored correctly they will maintain this shelf life.

Reactions; As with all beauty and skincare products, we recommend patch testing our products prior to use. If any irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. All products are for external use only

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns for products in the very rare chance they arrive damaged or defective. Please send an email through the contact page so we can get that resolved for you right away.
